Gerilene Brooks Balderas

Gerilene was born March 29, 1954 in Texas, to Robert Ware and Margarite Brooks. She received her primary education in the Marshalltown Public school district. She also attended Marshalltown Community College.

Gerilene loved going to the casino, cooking sopa's and listening to all kinds of music. She also liked to travel and do crafts. She especially like hanging out with her grandkids.

Precious memories are left with her children, Jeff Brooks, Lanett Brooks, Tanisha Ransey, Raymond Ransey, Joseph Balderas and Jessie Balderas; her sibling, Sherry, Gary, Barry and Terry Brooks; her grandchildren, Tyler, Shyrome, Shynisha, Ricardo, Hennesie and Raymond; several great grandchildren and a host of friends.Celebration of Life
