Phillip Kent Horn

Phillip K. Horn, 59, passed away August 30, 2016 surrounded by his family.

Phillip was born in Ft. Dodge , Iowa to Melvin and Mary (Schlief) Horn on January 1, 1957. He attended South East Polk High School and then enlisted in the Air Force. Phillip was employed for many years as part of the maintenance staff at Glacier Prop Company.

Phillip is survived by his wife, Christine (Streeter) Horn; 3 children, 3 grandchildren and his mother.

Phillip chose to donate his body to Des Moines University for medical research and education. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
