Deacon Richard Lee Fisher

Deacon Richard L. Fisher went home to be with the Lord April 15, 2022. Private Services were held in his honor.

Richard Lee Fisher was born May 16, 1960 to Orville Bell and Emma Smith in Des Moines, Iowa.

Richard was a Deacon at Corinthian Baptist Church and enjoyed being with his church friends, family, and grandkids. Fourth of July was his favorite holiday and grilling out and setting off fireworks with his grandkids he enjoyed very much.

Richard is preceded in death by his mother, Emma; father, Orville; aunt, Mary Smith; cousin Demarco Smith; brothers, Donald Fisher and Claude Fisher; niece, Sonya Green, Isaiah Fernandez-Smith, cousin Linda Smith, "Billy" Smith, and Alice.

Richard is survived by daughters, Rakita Nunn, Melisha Nunn, and Teanna; siblings, Vivian, Kenneth, Phyllis, and Stacy along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and on great-granddaughter.
