J'Lisa Tikita Avery

J'Lisa Avery passed away September 26, 2021.



Jlisa Tikita Avery was born April 8, 1992 to Fermisha Drewery and William Avery, in Grand Forks, North Dakota. At a young age the family relocated to Des Moines, IA. She graduated from Johnston High School. JLisa continued her education at LaJames International College where she studied esthetics and massage therapy.

After completing her education Jlisa worked several jobs as a massage therapist and as a server. She most recently worked at Flix Brewhouse serving moviegoers with her infectious smile. She loved dancing, Tik-Tok videos, make up and fashion trends , and of course spending time with her babies, family and friends..

Jlisa passed away on September 26, 2021. Left to cherish JLisas memories are her children, Najhon and JNya; her parents, William Avery and Fermisha Drewery the love of her life, Kenaj; her siblings, Sydell Kenya, LaTisha, William, Kamri and Kira and a host of other relatives and friends.
