Judith 'Judy' Ann Parrish

Judith Ann Parrish was born August 9, 1955 in Des Moines, IA to Reverend George Parrish Sr and Lucy Marion (Wright) Parrish.

Judy was baptized at an early age and attended Maple Street Baptist Church for her entire life. She sang in the choir.

Judy was a customer service rep for most of her working life. But after retirement she was all about her grandchildren. You never met a more devoted Grandma! Judy loved to sing, read and play games of chance.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents Lucy and George; her sister Brenda and brother, George Jr.; her granddaughters, LaMaya and Asia; her nephews, Carlten, Maurice Bruce and niece, Kimberly Bruce. She is survived by her children Brenda (Michael) Gill, Tar'Mia (Qualese Brown) and LaGayle Weeks; her stepson, Anthony Breedlove; sisters, Wilma Bruce and Janice Parrish; her brothers, Albert Parrish, Ernest (Betty) Parrish and Terry Parrish; her beloved grandchildren, Jaylen Gill, TyJon Bradford, London Gill, Liam Gill, Sincere Brown and Kendrick Gill along with a host of extended family and friends.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service from 1pm to 5pm on April 27th, 2019 at Faith Missionary Baptist Church. Everyone is welcome.Celebration of Life
