Mark Gene Dank

Mark Gene Dank was born May 26, 1952 to James Merle and Norma Jean (Bagley) Dank in Des Moines, Iowa. He was educated in the Des Moines Public School System and attended East High School.



Mark and his family were affiliated with the Orthodox Church of America.



Mark was joined in Holy Matrimony in 1982 to Susan (Ruby) Dank. To this union, no children were born.



Mark worked well in the body shop industry working as a body and fender repairman for many years. He also had musical talents as a lead singer of a group and was a harmonica player. Among other hobbies, Mark was a pigeon fancier, A.A. Chairperson, expert in Native American culture and religion and also collected artifacts.



Mark was a very pleasant person to be around and enjoyed life to the fullest.



Mark passed away April 22, 2021. He is preceded in death by his wife, Susan (Ruby) Dank; parents, James and Norma Jean Dank and niece, Sarah Elizabeth Dank.



Mark will leaves his legacy with his brothers, James and Michael Dank; nieces and nephews: Seth, Rachel, Arron, Adam, Leah, Samuel and Gregory and Mary Dank.Celebration of Life
