Marvella A. 'Marvie' Molano

Marvella Aleene (Cooper) Molano was born February 19, 1944 to Everett and Juanita (Lee) Cooper in Des Moines, Iowa. She was educated the Des Moines Public School System where she graduated.

Marvie, as she was affectionately known, moved away from home at a young age. She worked several vocations before becoming a full time mom and homemaker. She was employed as a parking ramp attendant, cake decorator and her last job was as a ParaTransit driver for the handicapped.

When she wasn't working Marvie loved going camping and fishing with her husband. She was an avid needle pointer and loved working crossword puzzles. As a matter of fact, Marvie loved all kinds of crafts. She was a great cook and her family loved her beef and gravy sandwiches, stroganoff and enchiladas. Marvie was a good singer and she would sing along to one of her favorite oldies or country music while cleaning house. She loved to decorate the house for holidays, especially her favorite - Halloween. Marvie also collected all things "Piggy". She even has on her pig slippers!

On April 13, 2013, Marvie stepped from time into eternity when she heard the Master call her name. She was 69 years old. Waiting to welcome her to the other side were her daughter, Debra Sue Moore ; her parents, Everett and Juanita; her sister, Sally Palmer and her faithful dog, Bandit.

Left to cherish Marvella's memory are her husband, Mundy Molano; her children, Rick (Peach) Agan, Roger (Kelly) Agan, Eric (Barb) Stout, Christopher (Lisa) Molano and Daniella (Glen) Molano; her brother Duane Cooper and sister Mary Lester; 20 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
